SPEAC 3 Online! Welcome to the SPEAC Website- South Portland's Educational Access Channel online. SPEAC is located at South Portland High School in the South Portland School Department. Currently it is run by Julie York, a Career Preperation Elective teacher at the school. If you're interested in having something aired or run on Channel 3, please contact Julie York at yorkju@spsd.org. News: 10/5/07: Updated and uploaded the new website. Some graphics need to be finished and refined, but this site should function more appropriately than the old site. Better submission guidelines coming soon!
